Agreement and operator
These Terms govern Scalovus, operated and sold by FunderSky, LLC d/b/a Scalovus. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies.
Eligibility and authority
You must be capable of entering a binding contract and authorized to connect every account used with Scalovus. You are responsible for broker, prop-firm, employer, client, and legal compliance.
Service scope
Scalovus coordinates eligible trade events between supported MT5 master and follower accounts. Features, capacity, integrations, and availability vary by plan and technical conditions.
Software-only business model
FunderSky, LLC d/b/a Scalovus sells software subscriptions only. We do not operate prop-firm evaluations, provide funded accounts, accept trading deposits, distribute trading capital, receive a share of trading profits, custody customer funds, execute trades as an adviser, select trades, or provide brokerage or investment-advisory services.
No financial advice or guarantee
We do not recommend trades, strategies, currencies, brokers, or account providers. We do not guarantee profits, identical execution, availability, or any trading result. You make and supervise all trading decisions.
Customer responsibilities
- Protect credentials and use strong authentication.
- Test configurations before live use and monitor all connected accounts.
- Maintain adequate margin and understand broker-specific rules.
- Use only accounts you are permitted to control.
Trials, billing, and cancellation
Eligible customers may receive a 14-day trial under our Subscription & Trial Terms. A payment method is required for enrollment. Unless canceled before the displayed conversion date, the selected subscription begins automatically and renews at its stated interval. Annual plans are billed in advance. Cancellation stops future renewal. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable after trial conversion or renewal.
Delivery
Software access, installation requirements, licensing, and activation are governed by our Delivery & Activation Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use Scalovus for unauthorized access, deceptive or unlawful financial activity, credential sharing, service interference, reverse engineering, sanctions evasion, or activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability
Markets and technology can be interrupted. Maintenance, networks, brokers, MT5, third parties, or events outside our control may delay or prevent service.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FunderSky, LLC d/b/a Scalovus is not liable for indirect, consequential, trading, profit, opportunity, broker, market, network, credential, configuration, or third-party losses. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months unless law requires otherwise.
Governing law and contact
