14-day trial
Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day trial. Trial eligibility, conversion date, plan, price in USD, and billing interval appear before checkout. Cancel before conversion to avoid the first subscription charge.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are billed in advance at the disclosed discounted USD price.
Cancellation
Cancel future renewal through available account controls or by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
Refunds after trial
After a trial converts, charges are generally non-refundable, including unused time, partial periods, configuration choices, broker incompatibility, account restrictions, prop-firm decisions, trading performance, or late cancellation. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Billing errors and service issues
Contact us promptly about suspected duplicate or incorrect charges. For a material Scalovus-controlled outage, provide dates and details; a credit or remedy may be available as required by law or at our discretion. Broker, market, VPS, internet, MT5, and third-party failures are not Scalovus-controlled outages.
